Updates & Opportunities 

• Help Plan YOUR Fall Senior Events! Your class leaders and advisors invite you to participate in planning two Upcoming Fall Events for your class: Senior Sunrise (October 28/Rain Date October 29)  Senior Dress Up Day (November 25).  Planning meetings are held from 7:30-8:00 am in room 165W on the following Thursdays: 10/15, 10/22, 11/5, 11/19. You can also let us know if you would like to help but can't make the meetings. Possible tasks will include generating ideas, creating publicity/announcements, setting up, etc.  Please complete this FORM asap to let us know you are interested!

• Yearbook Photos: The Yearbook Team has created a google form for YOU to submit photos for the yearbook this year!  We will send out reminders throughout the year (especially after big events) but feel free to use this form at any time to submit photos you have of you and your friends! We will try our best to include as many photos as possible but of course we cannot guarantee your picture will be featured. https://forms.gle/QtauADeHVJ7TeWot7

• Friday College Application Drop-Ins through November 6: Fridays through November 6, counselors are available during lunch periods in 119N to answer questions about college applications.   

• Transcript Requests: Seniors must submit transcript requests in SCOIR from their student account at least 10 school days before the college’s deadline. Here are the instructions. 

Senior Tasks and Deadlines

• Caps and Gowns - Form Due October 16: All seniors must submit this form to order their caps and gowns for graduation by Friday, October 16. The cost of your cap and gown is included in your senior dues, so you will not need to provide payment information in order to submit your cap and gown order. 

• Senior Dues: Please note that senior dues are $200.00 if paid by October 31. Beginning November 1, the fee will increase to $225.00. Senior dues pay for the following: Cap and Gown, Senior T-Shirt, Yearbook, and a ticket to the Kimball Farm Outing. Senior dues are required for all seniors.

• Senior Portrait & Yearbook Deadlines: All senior portraits must be taken by Mark Lawrence by November 13 and your yearbook pose choice must be submitted by November 30. If you need assistance with the portrait fees please contact your counselor or assistant principal. Contact Mark Lawrence Photographers directly at 603-882-0116 to schedule an appointment at their studio.
