GRADUATION 2024
Welcome to our Graduation Information Page. Graduation will be held on Friday, June7th, 2024 at 5:30 p.m. on Leary Field. We look forward to a wonderful event and sending forth for the Class of 2024!
Rehearsals are Mandatory
All graduation rehearsals are MANDATORY. Students will not be allowed to participate in graduation if they do not attend rehearsals. The dates and times for rehearsals are as follows:
Tuesday, June 4th - 11:00 to 12:30 pm - Leary Field
Wednesday, June 5th - 11:00 to 12:30 pm - Leary Field (Cap & Gown/Graduation Tickets will be available for pick-up at 12:30pm in Regan (Upper) Gym).
Thursday, June 6th - 11:00 to 12:30 pm - Regan (Upper) Gym (Indoor Rehearsal)
In case of inclement weather conditions, graduation rehearsal will be held in the Regan (upper) Gym. Notification of this change will be made on the morning of Graduation and communicated via email, ParentSquare, and updated on this page as well.
On Graduation Day, seniors should report to the tent on Leary Field at 4:30 p.m. Length of the graduation ceremony is approximately 90 minutes.
Tickets
A graduation packet that includes two “VIP” field seating tickets will be handed out to seniors when they pick up their cap and gown on Wednesday, June 5th. If your senior has not shared this information with you prior to graduation, please be sure to follow up with them/him/her.
Only ticketed guests will be able to enter the field area. However, there is ample seating for additional guests in the bleachers or on the hill at Leary Field. We have many staff, students, and parents that volunteer their time to help us with graduation, we ask that you follow their direction regarding field seating.
Seating
Click on the link below to view the seating diagram for this year’s graduation. After the first day of graduation rehearsal, your senior should be able to tell you exactly where they will be seated, allowing you to pick the best seats to view your student. Parking
All high school parking lots are available for parking but fill very quickly. Please allow yourself ample time to find parking. For safety, please follow all designated parking signs on campus and local roads.
Handicapped drop off is available at the main entrance of Leary Field.
What if it Rains?
In the case of extremely poor weather conditions, we will be moving the graduation ceremony inside. The morning of the date of graduation, notification of any changes will be made via ParentSquare, email, and the information will be posted on the district and high school websites.

Photography
A photographer from the school’s studio, Mark Lawrence Photographers, will be taking photos from the stage of each graduate as they receive their diploma. There is no obligation to purchase this picture; however, if you wish to take advantage of the photo offer from the photographer, you can access the ordering information here. If you intend to take your own photographs, please be aware that standing up in the seating area may block the view of other guests. Designated photo areas on the field are available.
Project Graduation: Class of 2024 Grad Night
Class of 2024 Grad Night is an all-night substance-free party for the graduates and is sponsored by the Project Graduation. It starts at 10 p.m and runs until 5:00 a.m., at the high school. Tickets can be purchased online on the Project Graduation Website and at the door on the night of the event; tickets cost $25.00. Online ticket sales end on June 6 at midnight. Signed waiver required to attend event.
Television Broadcast
The AB Graduation Exercises will be broadcast live for residents of Acton on Acton TV.

For those who are not in Acton, you may also access a live stream from a web browser anywhere in the world. Simply visit: www.ActonTV.org and select the “Education Channel Live Stream.”
The ceremony will also be re-broadcast in the weeks following graduation. Check the schedule for dates and times.
