Senior Class End-of-Year Checklist 2026 

Please refer to the checklist below to ensure you complete all of the required end-of-year tasks no later than your last day of school on Friday, May 29, 2026 unless otherwise noted. All of these obligations must be met in order to receive your cap and gown. If you have any questions, please reach out to your assistant principal.

• LIBRARY MATERIALS are due back by Monday, May 18. Please note that circulation for seniors will be closed after May 23rd, including loaner Chromebooks. Please speak to a librarian if you have any questions or concerns.

• CHROMEBOOKS need to be returned to either the Student Help Desk (233S, see Good Morning AB for hours of operation) or the Admin Office (147S, opposite the school store) no later than Friday, May 29th. If your assigned device is being repaired by the Student Helpdesk, please return the loaner provided to you. Please refer to this document for additional information related to Chromebook return.

• TEXTBOOKS and school-issued COURSE MATERIALS need to be returned according to your teachers’ deadlines and no later than Friday, May 29th.

• FEES need to be paid by Friday, May 29th. Log into your  E-Funds account to make sure that you have a zero balance. Unpaid fees might include Senior Dues, Parking Tickets, etc. If you have any questions, please contact your assistant principal.

• ABSchools Accounts access will expire on August 31st, 2026. Review this document to make sure you don't lose your work or files. 

• SCOIR: Make sure you have reported all college decisions and enrollments in SCOIR under My Colleges. Final transcripts will be submitted to the college you are enrolling in after graduation.
